7 ways to identify good cakes
The seven under listed tips could go a long way for you to identify a good cake.
1. Figure out the style: cake does not have to be white colour and round shape. There are so many choices, look on the style and the concept.
2. Touch of class (neat work): a good cake must be presented neatly and very attractive.
3. Colour combination: a good baker must know how to combine client’s colours in a manner that is attractive and simple.
4. Arrangement of cake: each cake has its own concept and arrangement. A good baker must be able to make a neat and perfect cake setting presentation.
5. Taste: A taste of cake is very important which a baker must work on because a good cake represents the strength of a baker.
6. Cake durability:  Each cake has its own expiring time. A cake could last for its own expiring time if it is well baked.
7. Cake and venue decoration: The branding of the cake must corresponds with the colour of the decoration of the venue. A good baker must be able to advices client on colours that harmonize with the venue decoration colours.
