recipe: SNAIL KEBAB

SNAIL KEBAB

Ingredients
6 Snails, spiced and seasoned
1/2 cup of vegetable oil for frying
4 Fresh Tomatoes plus pepper , chopped
1 Green Pepper, squared
1 red pepper,squared
I Onion bulb, squared
2 Kebab Sticks
Directions
Equally cut each snail into two halves
Place the oil in a small pot and fry with chopped tomatoes for about 2mins
Put the well prepared and seasoned snails into the small pot and stir for about 7mins
Taste for salt and other seasonings
Drain out and leave to cool
In a kebab stick, arrange the crunchy but succulent snails, alternating with the squared green pepper, red pepper and onions
Repeat on the remaining kebab stick

Put on a plate and serve with a drink
