Recipe: Garden Egg Sauce

Garden Egg Sauce 

Ingredients:
Garden Eggs
Red Chili Peppers
Titus Fish(optional)
Palm Oil
Onions
Salt
Seasoning

Steps
Wash and Boil garden eggs (I prefer to boil mine with the yam)
when soft, blend , pound or mash with a fork(I pounded mine)
Blend chili peppers and onions roughly (I used a manual blender for this)
Meanwhile, wash, season and boil the fish(optional)
When fish is cooked, set aside and mash
bleach a fair quantity of palm oil in a saucepan
Add the pepper and onions
Add fish stock and leave to simmer(optional)
When the pepper is fried, add the garden egg and stir
Then add the fish
Salt and season to taste
Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat!
